Intellipure Air Purifiers
My favorite brand of high quality air purifiers. They often have excellent sales during most major holidays. Not a smart device, however is somewhat higher for EMF’s.
Moisture Meter
Use for detecting water damage behind walls in your home and for accessing potential homes to live in.
5 Pack of Leak Detectors
Put under all sinks, in the pan under HVAC’s, near washing machines, dishwashers, and refrigerators, and on pans under dehumidifiers. Will beep to alert if a leak starts! These ones are not wifi enabled, so low EMF, however if you travel often, and are not too sensitive to EMFS, you might consider buying ones with wifi that will alert you on an app if a leak happens when you are away from home.
Water-absorbing Diatomaceous Earth Bath Mat

Hygrometers
Package of 3 to track indoor air temperature and more importantly, humidity. Place in bedrooms, bathrooms and main living space. Monitor humidity to make sure it stays below 50%. Between 40 and 45% is ideal.
Under The Sink Mats
These mats hold up to 2 gallons of water, protecting your cabinets if a leak were to happen. They also protect against damage caused by product spills. Add leak detectors on top of them for added protection.

Medify Air Purifiers (Most Affordable)
These are great, more affordable air purifiers that come in a range of sizes for all types of spaces. They are also low EMF for those that are sensitive. They even sell a portable battery powered small air purifier that is a great option for travel, cars, as well as setting up in HVAC closets for those with them.
Dehumidifiers
Good for larger common areas, open concept spaces and basements. See the Home Labs 1,500 sq ft option for bedrooms, and their mini size for bathrooms. Set them to a minimum of 40% humidity and turbo mode for best results. Make sure to register their warranty upon arrival.
Tub Hair Collector
These help to keep hair out of shower drains which reduces the likelihood of mold growing there.

High Range Hepa Vacuum
Miele vacuums are top of the line, German made, Hepa vacuums with bags, that use the best filtration and suction technology and last many years. They have an extensive line of vacuums to choose from ranging from $400 to over $1,300 in price. If they are in your price range, I encourage you to look through their storefront to find the perfect vacuum fit for your home and needs.
Mattress / Furniture Vacuum
This is a great handheld Hepa vacuum for deep cleaning mattresses, upholstered furniture, and even your car’s seats. Lightly mist mattresses and other furniture, with EC3 mold concentrate spray, then vacuum. There is also a UV light that can help with dust mites.
My Favorite Mold Cleaning Wipes
Strong, durable and of course, non-toxic. Great amount of product for the price. Good for using during mold moves as well as general cleaning.
Borax
Use for general laundry for mold avoidance maintenance, as well as for decontaminating moldy clothes.
Wood Surface Cleaner
My favorite product for cleaning wood furniture. They also make a great wood floor cleaner
Mid Range Hepa Vacuum
This Hepa vacuum by Shark, has high suction capabilities. It is a bit on the heavier side.
Spray Mop
This versatile mop with microfiber head, allows you to put your own non-toxic cleaning product in it. I love using Branch Basic’s concentrate or Auntie Fannie’s floor cleaner with distilled water. For non tiled floors, I also use a capful of EC3 mold concentrate mixed in. You can follow this guide for how to clean different types of floors using Branch Basics concentrate.
EC3 Mold concentrate and EC3 Laundry additive bundle
(use code BHW for discount) I recommend getting at least 2-5 of these for a mold move (depending on how much stuff you have), since you go through a lot of these products. The concentrate can be used to make many bottles of EC3 cleaning spray; great for decontaminating and keeping spaces fresh and mold free. The laundry additive should be used for decontaminating clothes as well as for general mold avoidance maintenance.

Silicon Quick Dry Toilet Brush
This brush is easy to clean and disinfect and its flexible design allows it to reach under the bowl lip, where hidden mold can sometimes grow. Let it rest between the bowl and toilet seat until it is fully dry before putting it away.
Affordable Cordless Hepa Vacuum
This Hepa vacuum is very light so it takes less physical effort to use, it's cordless and can easily vacuum under hard to reach places like beds and some furniture. Always empty the dust canister outside into a plastic bag and seal it before disposing it in the main garbage. This helps keep the dust from the canister from redistributing back into your home.
MicroFiber Cloths
For wet dusting in general home cleaning and for mold move decontamination. The microfiber fabric will pick up mold and mycotoxin spores.
Natural Enzyme Laundry Detergent
This is a powerful, natural laundry detergent with enzymes which is good for helping get out mold from clothes.
